How do I book into my club’s pitch?

You can email [email protected] to register the clubs interest with the entrants team.

Once you have a booking you are able to attach your booking to a club. The club must be enabled by our team first, please speak to your club member/admin who is in contact with our entrants team to find out if your club has been enabled. Then you can follow the instructions below.

How do I book into my club’s pitch

IMPORTANT: Your booking must be approved, and your Club must be registered for you to book into your club’s pitch

1. Go to https://booking.kophillclimb.org.uk/dashboard
2. Enter your username and password, click Login.
3. Click My Bookings, it doesn’t matter which one.

4. Find the booking you wish to update and click Attach To Club, if you don’t see this button your booking is not approved yet.

5. Select your club from the drop down. If do not see your club in the drop-down menu this means they are not registered yet. Please speak to your club representative who is dealing with Kop Hill or email [email protected]

6. Review the details and click Join Club

7. Your booking has been assigned to the club
