Kop Hill Climb – Carer Tickets
Essential carers are entitled to a free ticket to the Kop Hill Climb Festival. Unfortunately our ticketing system does facilitate this yet and we therefore ask you to purchase a ticket as normal and then submit a claim for a refund. To claim your Essential Carer Ticket Refund, please send an email including all the details below together with a copy of your supporting documents to:
Supporting documents must show:
- That you require a carer, i.e. one of
- Disability Allowance Letter
- PIP letter
- Freedom Pass
- Other appropriate supporting documentation as issued by your local authority
AND
- A copy of your own and your carer’s ticket that you have purchased in advance.

Ticket sales on the day are not guaranteed and subject to maximum capacity being reached at the event. Whilst we would love everyone to get in, we need to ensure we keep all our visitors healthy and safe!
